1310nm DFB Laser w/TEC, Analog, 10mW Output SC Connector

The Agere 2300 series analog DFB laser diode is designed for analog transmission systems. Its applications include CATV, wireless communication networks, and RF link. It is housed in a hermetically sealed 14-pin butterfly package. It features high output power (>10mW), low distortion, high CSO, and excellent CTB performance. The DFB laser also incorporates an internal optical isolator and TEC. Features:
