The HP 71452B Optical Spectrum Analyzer includes a 70952B Optical Spectrum Analyzer plug-in module in HP 70004A Mainframe. It is a grating-based analyzer that covers the wavelength range from 600nm to 1750nm. Three advanced functions measure and characterize LEDs and DFB and Fabry-Perot lasers. An HP 70004A Mainframe is included with the module.
