The Mitsubishi ML44126 Series is a AlGaAs laser diode which provides a stable, single transverse mode ocillation with emission wavelength of 785nm and standard continuous light output of 5mW (8mW Maximum). They are hermetically sealed devices that have photodiodes for optical output monitoring. The ML44126 is produced by the MOCVD crystal growth method, which is excellent in mass production and characteristics uniformity.
